Ending the Darkness, Finding the Light, Moving Forward

There are millions of people who are frighten, of the darkness, around the midnight hour. For some the fear is chronic, and for others, it just annoying. The unspoken fear has to do with the “lack” of light and direction during these dark hours.

Different people appear to be handling the issue in different ways. Some with sleeping aids, others with drugs, some watch movies or TV each night, and still others are suffering the web.

Every web master who actively analyze their web site stats will notice that there is a constant flow of midnight suffers with US IP addresses. This coupled with the massive number of searches using keywords, such as: “happy, how to be happy, depression, etc.,” is the basis for this post.

Ya, ya, I know, I’m suppose to write an e-book and sell it. For now, I don’t work that way. So please, just support the advertisers on the page. When the Universe encourages me to write on a topic, I first do the research, then I write. Placing the information into a momentary position is not part of the process. And since I have sincere questions about female ministers, I can’t go that route either, so I post to my blog, and hope the words are spelled correctly.

First I will say this: Success, is not positioned in what you do.

Do I need to write that sentence again?

Your success is in, who you are.

OK, I know you are thinking, lady, get to the point. When it is darkest and you are not sure which way to go and you seem to always end up doing the “wrong” thing, here is a small amount of wisdom, which can carry you out of the darkness and into the light.

If you pray, then ask for guidance.

If you do not pray, then meditate on the subject.

Either realizing or admitting that you need direction, is over 70% of the battle. The other 30%, which is the hardest, is following the master plan which you lay out for yourself.

You can usually tell when you are headed in the right direction for your life. You will become more than willing to, perform, study, create or talk about the subject, with or without pay. The new found direction will consume you, but in a good way. You will automatically spend every available moment, learning more about the subject and how it will affect your life, your future and your finances.

There will be times when you are not sure of the next step, and that is when you will begin to look forward to the midnight hours, for you will soon realize that this is when you will be shown different aspects of the subject which has consumed you. It is during these hours that, people who are “connected” to a particular subject or project, receive direction, and are enlightened.

The answer for your direction is within you. Once you learn how to bring about success on any given subject, job, or business, you will “own” the success formula and can bring about success at will, so take notes.

Yes, success is that simple, because it is NOT you occupation, but who you are. And to let you in on a little secret, the more you know yourself, the more success you can command.

Any woman who works in corporate America understands that there are two set of rules, (unspoken rules) when it comes to women and men in corporate America. It is no secret, intelligent women have known for decades what the deal is.

Company policy clearly states one thing, and men’s, non-verbal policy, may be entirely different, depending on the company.

It is said that in the US Army, the wording is “stand down” when they don’t want a solider to take action on a particular situation. For the CIA, the same wording is more like “dummy down.”

Women in America are very much in alignment with the mode of operation of the top spy agency. Women in corporate America are masters at dummying down, when necessary, and powering back up when necessary.

Woman, also understand what happens when her true intelligence is fully realized. Depending on which man realizes the truth, she can become, the target. Being made a target, for the first time, usually is not that serious. Just a little reminder, that it’s a man’s world, and if you want to play, you have to play by their rules. The end result is, women learn that men usually stick together and because of this one factor, they usually prevail. (Plus they can dummy down faster than any woman alive.

Most times, other women in the office don’t have a clue as to the battle you are involved in. Women who never challenge the “good old boys society” never really fully understand the dynamics behind the non verbal society. Because of reform in the workplace, the "good old boys club" is well disguised, unlike it's results.

Unfortunately, this post is not about helping women who are having trouble with the corporate male ego. This post is about empowering yourself to think outside of the box,

Obviously you are intelligent, smart and self-motivated.

Think about working for yourself, or creating your own job. Review your talents. Do your research, and then, research your research. Meditate or pray on the best decision for you, and your child or children if you are a single mom. Ask yourself if winning the corporate battle is in your best interest? What will it really cost you, in the end?
