Seven Ways to Lose Weight Fast

Let's get right down to business, no non-sense. You will need to consult with your physician before implementing any of the following suggestions, except for one, well maybe two. This is for your own protection, and usually will lead to your doctor, providing you with extra help, if they feel your selection of diet or methodology for losing weight inappropriate.

1. Start taking multivitamins. Only liquid vitamins or the kind that you chew, are acceptable. Your body has a enough work to do besides trying to digest vitamins the size of a quarter. Taking healthy vitamins, over a period of time, is like fine tuning the body, and will help greatly in your efforts to lose weight.

2. Make an appointment with a licensed colon therapist and explore the possibilities of cleansing your body. If you have been eating pork, red meat and every sweet meal you can find for 30 years, you may need a good cleansing. This is a no-joke way to start losing weight, and your physician may or may not have a fit about this suggestion. If your physician says no, then ask for a suitable alternative. Every disease that you will ever have, in your life time, gets it's start in the waste track of your body.

3. Use visualization to help you lose unwanted pounds. Research the technique for and make a commitment. Once you see how effective visualization is, then you will want to use it to increase your income, gain new friends, or find a suitable marriage partner.

4. Stop eating everything and anything "white" No rice, pasta, potatoes, sugar, white bread, or anything else which turns to sugar in the body, this is including alcohol. Be sure to speak with your physician, before making a commitment. What works for some can be harmful to others.

5. Start walking. Make a commitment to walk at least 1 to 2 miles a day, for 30 days. I guaranteed you when you feel and see the results, wild horses won't be able to keep you from your daily walk. (Of course cut back on the foods that are not good for your desire goals)

6. Absolutely, under no circumstances do you eat after 7:00 PM at night. If you find that you keep missing dinner, because you can't eat before 7:00 PM, then eat a large lunch and "drink" your dinner. No, I'm not talking about Brandy and Seven. I am speaking of a healthy smoothie. Be careful about the fruits, which turn to sugar once in the body.

7. Just keep eating, and each time you eat unnecessarily, ask your body, using your words, "Why am I over eating?" "What is wrong that I keep doing what I don't want to do.?" Don't beat up on yourself. Be patient with yourself. Show some love and give your body time to align with your heart and your mind, in order to provide you with a true and correct answer.

This is the long road, and the one least taken however, it is the more successful route, which will provide you with answers that no person on earth can provide.
It's not enough to ask and receive the answer. When the answer comes, write it down. Own the answer, accept the answer and work towards a solution. If you are having problems with the solution, then prayer or meditation will work wonders at this point. Just have patients.
