Happiness Where Are You?

You have looked everywhere for happiness, yet she has eluded you. You remember back six months ago, or six years ago, when happiness was a part of your life, but now, happiness appears to be a thing of the pass.

What happened? When did happiness leave you? Was it something you did, you ask yourself. You are not alone. Last month (December 2011) over 45 million people put the keyword: ”how to be happy” into the search engine. And in previous months the number of people asking the search engines about ‘happiness’ averaged between, 40 to 47 million, searches per month.

This is not a coincident. People are unhappy and are actively looking for answers on how to resolve the problem.

Online distractions are more popular than ever. People are filling their lives with games, apps, social networks, work, friends and any other time consuming efforts to get through the day and the evening without having to actually deal with our true inner feelings.
